WESA Dynamic with manual compression fine-tuning.
BMW’s Dynamic-ESA adapts to conditions in real time. We go further by tailoring damping to your weight, load, and usage — and, where equipped with an external reservoir, adding manual high-/low-speed compression adjusters for additional fine-tuning. Shock length can be specified to realize raise/lower requests, resulting in a fully bespoke setup.

For linkage (incl.), with the original electronic the shock has to be sent in. The original preload adjuster is reused. An extra bracket for fixing the brake fluid reservoir on a new place is also supplied.
When rebuilding the ESA to WESA the functionality of the ESA adjustments remains completely intact.

I tried two after market rear shocks on my‘23 Road Glide and wasn’t pleased at all with either set. My wife gave me an evil eye when I-told her I had ordered another set (3rd set) of shocks. About an hour into our first ride on the Wilbers she acknowledged the Wilbers were a huge improvement.

Can’t rave enough about the set-up! Two weeks after installation, I went on a 9 day ride from Staten Island NY to Key West FL and back, with various stops in between.
