Cancellation & Returns

As our customer, you have 24 hours to make any changes to your shock order, or to cancel a shock order.
Custom and personalized orders made especially for you cannot be cancelled.
Products such as springs, mounting kits and dampers are subject to a 20% restocking fee if returned to no fault of us.
All items must be unopened, unused & in its original box or packaging, surrounded by a shipping box acceptable to the carrier.
Please call or email to start the return process. No exceptions.

Any part which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange or refund consideration. Remember, we cannot return products to our suppliers nor sell them to other customers if the parts are damaged during the installation or return process.

  • 1 year from payment date covering parts and labor on items installed and serviced by us.
• First generation Hyperpro steering dampers
  • These original dampers have their adjuster at the end of the damper's body. This old-style damper cannot be rebuilt any longer due to discontinuation of all serviceable parts. As a courtesy, we gladly offer an exchange of your old model dampers as a discount towards the updated models for just $180.00.

**Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer/sender. We will ship the repaired or replacement warranty items at no cost to you.

Order Fulfillment 

All Shock orders can take up to four weeks to fulfill. All Spring and Steering damper orders can take up to two weeks to fulfill. These time periods are your order date and are not exact. There can be variability in order fulfillment times depending on supply and demand of the parts ordered.
