Shock Absorber Type 642 S Competition
The Wilbers 642 S Competition shock offers the full range of adjustments you expect from a reservoir shock — in a more user-friendly package. It features a single, hand-operated compression adjuster that’s simpler to set yet fully meets rider and machine demands. A newly developed high-flow compression valve increases oil flow for particularly sensitive response without limiting the adjustment range. The large external reservoir keeps damper oil cool even under heavy use, maintaining a consistent damping curve.
In the base version, spring preload is infinitely adjustable with a hook wrench, and rebound is manually adjustable in 22 clicks. Options such as a hydraulic preload adjuster can be added via the configurator.
Ideal for long, demanding road trips, light off-road, and spirited country-road riding. A personalized setup based on rider data ensures precise handling for any weight and load conditions.
