Stock setup: too much fork damping, too little at the shock. We fix the imbalance with progressive fork springs, adjusted oil/air chamber, and refined rebound/compression damping at the rear.
Geometry is subtly corrected via negative travel so seat height remains essentially stock while steering feel improves.
