Shock Absorber Type 642 Boxer Cup Suspension Kit
We poured our long-standing experience into this racing suspension kit for the R nineT Racer. Our goal was sharper geometry and setup for sporty riding, supported by Wilbers-BMW Racing pilot Bastien Mackels.
The result:
- Type 642 Adjustline shock raising the chassis by 30 mm for more lean angle, with exceptionally sensitive response for maximum grip and traction. Rebound and compression each adjustable in 22 clicks; spring preload via handwheel with up to 15 mm range.
- “Wilbers Powered by ZF” open-cartridge kit with adjustable rebound, compression, and spring preload, supplied with new chrome fork tubes; up to 24 settings, assembly kit, and ABE included.
Delivered with ABE and a 5-year warranty. Expect outstanding handling with generous spring and damping reserves. Do it like Bastien Mackels!

Fantastic. Such a huge improvement over the stock suspension set up. This bike has never ridden so well. Firmly planted, feels like it's locked onto the road. Soaks up everything from the smallest imperfections to the worst expansion joints. No more spine crushing blows! It will make you fall in love with your bike all over again.
I installed these with the -30mm Hyperpro rear spring. The front end doesn't dive hard anymore when I hit the brakes. And the suspension feels better overall; the bumps aren't near as bad. The lowering also helped me with getting flat footed. Extremely satisfied.
