Ride comfort for Harley-Davidson Tri Glide, all model years
From the factory, the rear spring rate on Tri Glide models is too soft. The result is harsh bottoming over bumps and a choppy ride that transmits straight into the rider’s back.
Our Wilbers conversion solves this with spring struts tuned to the correct spring rate and matched rebound/compression damping. To balance the chassis, we also address the fork: stock forks are overly stiff relative to the rear, which causes an unharmonized feel—think nervous bars on rough pavement. Our Zero Friction fork springs correct this, improving initial response and overall balance.
Result: noticeably better comfort, control, and safety.

Fantastic. Such a huge improvement over the stock suspension set up. This bike has never ridden so well. Firmly planted, feels like it's locked onto the road. Soaks up everything from the smallest imperfections to the worst expansion joints. No more spine crushing blows! It will make you fall in love with your bike all over again.
I installed these with the -30mm Hyperpro rear spring. The front end doesn't dive hard anymore when I hit the brakes. And the suspension feels better overall; the bumps aren't near as bad. The lowering also helped me with getting flat footed. Extremely satisfied.
