Wilbers Powered by ZF Fork Type 46RR with Closed Cartridge

Our new ZF by Wilbers fork type 46RR is a fully adjustable closed cartridge fork. Only the best is good enough thus axle mounts, fender bracket and fork caps are milled of full aluminum. All aluminum parts of the 46RR fork are anodized in high-quality titanium color and the tubes are carbon coated. Rebound and compression damping can be set in 10 clicks each; the adjustment range of the preload is 10mm. Due to the low friction of the single components very sensitive response behavior is guaranteed. Thus the fork reacts to even the smallest bumps and with its big adjustment range offers maximum comfort and high riding stability. As with the Wilbers shock absorbers the 46RR fork is set to your individual necessities. Included in the delivery is a special tool for opening the fork caps.

In cooperation with ZF we made a highly acclaimed closed cartridge. The System works with 3 bar nitrogen and cares for a constant and bubble-free damping. Therefore, a sensitive setup of the damping is possible that clearly reacts to different adjustmens even under heavy load or high temperatures. As only the best is good enough, we naturally install the fine finished, friction free ZERO friction fork springs along with the cartridge system. All this plus ABE and 2 years warranty.
