Wilbers progressive fork springs — ZERO Friction finishing
Our vibratory finishing process (trough vibrator with tailored media) micro-polishes the spring surface. The resulting fine, shiny finish reduces surface roughness and friction — hence ZERO Friction. Pair with our specially formulated Wilbers fork oil and the specified air chamber for your vehicle to maximize performance.

I'll start with the first ride with my wife. She said much better on the queen seat on the CVO Limited. I think they work fantastic. Now I only have the rear shocks on currently. They were the easiest to install and I'm still riding. By sending in the weights and the percentages, the shock were pre-set at the factory. A quick measurement when the bike was off the ground and a check after install of the bike and me was exactly 20mm. No adjustment needed. Also noticed when my wife got on the bike when down some, but at the next stop sign when I put my feet down they were in the same position at when I was on it by myself.
Putting the fork springs in and changing the seals next week. Should be even better. We're in New England so getting cold.

I tried two after market rear shocks on my‘23 Road Glide and wasn’t pleased at all with either set. My wife gave me an evil eye when I-told her I had ordered another set (3rd set) of shocks. About an hour into our first ride on the Wilbers she acknowledged the Wilbers were a huge improvement.
The shocks are very easy to install and make the ride as smooth as can be.

Can’t rave enough about the set-up! Two weeks after installation, I went on a 9 day ride from Staten Island NY to Key West FL and back, with various stops in between. The bike handled so smoothly, it was the best long ride i ever had. Never bottomed out either! I’ve been recommending the Wilber’s Nivomat suspension & EPM Performance to everyone I meet. Thank you.
