Type 461 Hose-Attached Reservoir Shock
High quality replacement shock absorber with a reservoir on a hose. The shock features manual preload adjustment, rebound adjustment with 50 clicks and a hi- and low speed compression adjustment. The reservoir has an internal bladder to separate the nitrogen and oil for having the best performance possible. The shock is equipped with a purple progressive spring (a black spring color is a free option) The shock is built with our modular system, so the shock is fully serviceable and any part can be exchanged if needed.

2018 Triumph street scrambler. I used the Thruxton shocks with the softer scrambler springs. Thruxton version of the rz are longer and offer more clearance. I had to switch out the bushings for the correct diameter ones to fit the scrambler mounts. Super easy to do. Rode through remote Canada areas. Highly recommend.

My only regret was not doing it sooner, better ride and way better handling.
Springs fit perfectly and the bike handles great now the bushings and seals are showa brand excellent quality. Only small gripe is they didn't send enough fork oil, but my bone almost holds a quart in each fork so they are huge. I talked to a real person before I ordered them which was nice service was excellent.
Makes the installation of the hyperpro steering damper on my M1000R quick and seemless. Works great.
Super easy to install with the right tools. So much better and safer than the stock steering damper on a M1000R.
So far so good. The bike feels much more planted in the corners & much more forgiving on the bumps.
